The Challenge
Trial Interactive, the life sciences division of TransPerfect, is an industry leader in practical, global eClinical innovation that simplifies and automates clinical processes for sponsors, CROs, and sites around the world.
While Trial Interactive has a fully developed and powerful marketing team, they recognized the need to drive results faster and more efficiently. In the fall of 2021, The Moving Company came on board and has proven to be a reliable and committed outsourced marketing partner, at the ready to provide support and guidance on all projects ranging from marketing strategy + lead generation, to content writing and executional design work - all with the end goal of supporting the success of Trial Interactive’s sales team in driving leads.
The Process
While our relationship is ongoing, a few examples of The Moving Company’s work include:
A dynamic new, modular sales deck. The new deck tells a compelling story with emotional connection supported by data and research. The deck is in use for all demos and client pitches.
The creation of multiple storyboards for Trial Interactive to test a multitude of different narratives, and discussed with Trial Interactive which would be most beneficial for their product identity
Acquisition communications supporting Trial Interactive in integrating employees and prospects of a newly acquired company.
Individual product landing pages that lubricate lead generation and the customer journey.
Fully designed video brochures - equipped to host personalized messages from TI sales team to their prospects and new customers
Problem Solved
The Moving Company has delivered an easier-to-manage marketing program and successfully moved more projects through to completion, so TI’s internal team could focus their resources on critical day-to-day execution. Through weekly calls and consistent communication, cross-team collaboration, and regular reporting, The Moving Company has met the needs of Trial Interactive in less time, and for less money than hiring internally. What would have cost Trial Interactive the price of hiring two to three full time employees, and 18+ months of work, was shortened to 6 months by hiring The Moving Company, and came with access to the equivalent of an outsourced Chief Marketing Officer dedicated to their needs.
Our work thus far has resulted in rave reviews of the sales collateral by the Trial Interactive sales and leadership teams, and the opportunity to support work across the wider organization.
